Kevin Devine and The Goddamn Band will return to Arizona on March 20th to play at Solar Culture in Tucson. Joining him on tour will be The Front Bottoms and Tucson’s own Steff Koeppen And The Articles.

Kevin Devine is one of the most genuinely nice persons I have meet. I have had the great pleasure of working with him a few times. He always puts on a great show.

The 2012 “Where’s The Band” tour is going national! For the first year “Where’s The Band” will be coming to Phoenix! The show will be on Friday February 3rd at The Crescent Ballroom in Downtown Phoenix.

The tour features the forntmen from 5 great bands all preforming your favorite songs solo acoustic, along with some one time only collaborations between singers.

For the Phoenix show the line up will be Anthony Raneri (Bayside), Chris Conley (Saves The Day), Matt Pryor (The Get Up Kids), Ace Enders (The Early November, I Can Make A Mess Like Nobody’s Business), and Evan Weiss (Into It. Over It.).

Anthony Green has just announced new dates on the “Beautiful Things” Tour with special guests The Dear Hunter. He will be playing with Good Old War as his backing band on this tour. The tour will come to AZ on Monday February 6th at The Clubhouse Music Venue.

The tour is in suport of his new album “Beautiful Things” which comes out January 17th on Photo Finish Records. The album is the follow up to his 2008 critically aclaimed solo debut “Avalon.”

DEAD MEADOW are darlings of both the stoner rock and modern psychedelia worlds, they manage to transcend both. The Australian duo An Horse are premiering their new video for the song “Not Mine” over at RollingStone.com. The duo are playing at the Hard Rock Cafe this Saturday with Kevin Devine.

Last spring the band played a great show at The Sail Inn. In the past they have toured with everyone from Tegan And Sarah to Death Cab For Cutie.

Can you believe it is September? Where is 2011 going? That means it is the end of summer and time for the last SPLASH Pool Party on Saturday at the Lexington Hotel! This last week is going to be a great one.

For the final party we have Minibosses, Sweetbleeders, Hot Birds And The Chili Sauce, and gusts DJS: Mig 50 and Mizl+Quezo.  It is one of the best line ups of the summer and promisses to be great times (Minibosses are even threatening to all play in their swimming trunks).

Crystal Antlers, one of my favorite bands that I have worked with in recent years, is coming back to Phoenix. They will be at The Rhythm Room on Wednesday October 26th. Small Leaks Sink Ships will open for them.
